ABC's V pilot kicks off tomorrow night, and we've got a few goodies to whet your appetite until then, including a new promo trailer and several international marketing images for the series that are kind of fun. You can check out all of it below.

It's been more than 25 years since V first aired back in the '80s, but anticipation for this rebooted property is high, and critics have been praiseworthy of the pilot.

Elizabeth Mitchell (Lost) stars as the show's new heroine, doleful FBI agent Erica Evans. She's the series' chief protagonist, a status she shares with the slightly more buoyant, but ultimately no less distraught Father Jack (Joel Gretsch), a Catholic priest undergoing a crisis of faith. Scott Wolf (Party of Five) joins the cast as an ambitious TV journalist.

The aliens are as attractive and agreeable as before. Fans of the original Kenneth Johnson miniseries of the '80s (though credited with the story, creator Kenneth Johnson isn't involved in this reboot) will recall that the Visitors' deputy leader then was played by actress Jane Badler, an über-babe whose poster graced the walls of many a teenage boy's bedroom. In the new V, the lovely Morena Baccarin (Heartland) portrays Anna, the leader of the Visitors. She's joined by an equally attractive extraterrestrial named Lisa (Lisa Vandervoort), whose purpose is to act as an alien-human liaison.

The cast may be new, but the story remains largely unchanged. Aliens come to Earth. They promise health and prosperity...but neglect to mention that they're only interested in those benefits for themselves. They appear to be human but, of course, they're not. Some of us are lured by their apparent benevolence, while others grow increasingly skeptical.

Yes, the Visitors are here to serve man. If you're familiar with the franchise, you'll get what that reference means. If you're not, you'll find out soon enough...
